教学及科研成果






培养多名研究生多次获得“国家奖学金”、“北航优秀毕业生”“广联达奖学金”、“中航工业奖学金”、“中航技奖学金”和“常熟汽饰-北航之友奖学金”等,揭示了激光辐照作用下金属熔池热力学行为和组织结构演变及合金元素选择性汽化的物理机制,阐明了激光作用典型工程材料组织-结构-性能的调控机理,研究出多材料跨尺度激光精密加工基体损伤抑制新方法,成果应用于罗罗、普惠等多家跨国500强企业。
