
个人简介
陈志同,教授,博士生导师。近年来主持重点项目2项,申请国家自然科学基金项目3项,国家863项目1项、航空基金项目1项,作为项目副组长和北航子课题负责人参与国家科技重大专项课题近10项,基础科研课题5项,航空技术创新基金重点项目2项,主持厂所科研项目40余项。提出发明专利近100项,突破航空发动机叶片数控磨削抛光工艺装备技术、机器人关节活齿减速器设计制造技术、叶片加工残余应力变形控制和难加工型面精密数控抛光难题,提出机械加工工艺参数优化的统一模型和自进化式优化型工艺数据库的数据结构,主持研制成功10余种叶片、叶盘、齿轮、轴承精密磨削装备、开发出复杂曲面宽行加工编程原型软件系统,并在发动机等行业获得成功应用,孵化出专精特新小巨人企业1家。获得科学技术进步和技术发明二等奖各一项,被评为泰山创新创业领军人才、姑苏创新创业领军人才、枣庄英才、滕州工匠。
