| Yuansong Zeng, Ph.D., professor, chief  technical experts for plastic processing technology of Aviation Industry  Corporation of China, is mainly engaged in metal plastic processing  technology research and application, etc, committed to carry out systematic  basic research and applied research on the forming and manufacturing of large  integral panel of aircraft. The team he led started the theoretical and technical  research work on the large skin digital flexible die stretch forming  technology, shot peening creep age forming technology for large assembled  integral panel, pre stressed shot peening technology for large stiffened  integral panel, and manufacturing technology for new aluminum lithium alloy  welded fuselage integral panel. It has solved the technical problems of wing  panel forming of China's ARJ21 new regional jet and large transport aircraft,  C919 and Jiaolong 600 large aircraft, and made China enter the international  advanced ranks in the manufacturing technology of metal wing panel of large  aircraft. At the same time, important achievements have been made in the  fields of stretch forming technology of flexible multi-point die skin, tube  forming and connecting technology and advanced material processing and  manufacturing. He won the second prize of the National Science and Technology  Progress Award once (ranked first), the second prize of the National  Technology Invention Award twice (ranked second), the first prize of the  National Defense Science and Technology twice, and the third prize of the  National Defense Science and Technology twice. He has been awarded China youth science  and technology award, Guanghua engineering science and technology award -  youth award and national model worker. He has been selected as the second  batch of national "ten thousand plan" scientific and technological  innovation leading talents, national candidate of "ten million talent  project" and young and middle-aged science and technology innovation  leading talents of the ministry of science and technology. He has published  more than 100 academic journal articles, 3 monographs, and over 40 authorized  invention patents.                          |
