研究领域

l    航空制造智能工艺及仿真建模

面向航空薄壁构件精确成形制造,研究数控成形工艺设计、变形协调、缺陷控制、工艺建模、工艺优化与软件开发,建立了航空数字化制造和仿真技术体系,开发了一系列智能工艺软件系统,应用到多个型号飞机研制与生产。

l    航空整体结构件精确成形与形性协同

针对飞机和发动机整体结构件成形精度和性能质量要求高的需求,揭示航空整体结构件多约束耦合变形协调机制,重点解决变形缺陷预测与精确调控、空心结构设计-超塑成形一体化等难题,实现整体结构件形性协同制造。
