◆教学及科研成果

长期从事微纳米尺度的测量和控制相关研究工作，近年来主要从事微纳米尺度测量和控制研究工作，在微纳米尺度的空间位置测量、运动控制，物体作用力测量和控制，基于图像处理的图像分割及物体跟踪，基于FIB的微加工及基于AFM的微操作等方面积累了丰富的经验。

目前作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金（青年教师类）、中央高校基本科研业务费、北京市科学技术研究院等课题。

近年来相继在ACS Nano，Scientific Reports，Applied Physics Letters, Langmuir, Soft Matters，Nanotechnology等国际知名SCI期刊发表论文26篇，包括一篇封面文章(Nanotechnology, 影响因子3.842)。发表文章被包括中国、美国、德国、法国、英国、日本、加拿大等逾16个国家的科学家和包括Physical Review Letters在内的逾45个国际知名期刊引用300余次。

n  Ultra-high precision motion/force measurement and control, including the design of piezoelectric actuator driven and flexure based motion stage, ultra-small motion/force sensing and control;

n  Computer image processing based measurement and control, including visual servo control, image segmentation, and moving object tracking;

n  Micro/nanofluidics, including boundary slip and interfacial nanobubbles;

n  Cell mechanics, including the development of metrologies of cell mechanical properties (motility, morphology, and mechanics).
